For those of you who are following Mr. Pendergrass's educational videos: He goes into the etymology of the word "attorney" in order to disparage it, but I noticed he never went into what "atorne" means. It's old French for "one appointed by you to act in your place". Thus an attorney-at-law is a "law-say-er" you appoint to speak the law on your behalf, which is exactly the definition that those of us who are not sovereign citizens use it for. In essence, he accidently admitted that attorney-at-law and lawyer are the same thing, which I'm sure is not what he meant to do.

This guy explaing his take on the word "lawyer," is like listening to Monty Python's formula for determining if you're a witch! 🤣😂

Love your channel. Pendergass is correct about the order of Construction. Below grade plumbing and electrical will “typically “ be completed prior to any pour. The exception would be a project without below grade MEPS. So he isn’t wrong on all fronts, just the legal ones.

The biggest issue I have with Sovereign Citizens is their misunderstanding of what "public servant" means. They see the word "servant" and feel that means that the person who is a public servant is subservient to them and that isn't what it means. It just makes me cringe when these guys feel they are "more important" than someone who is a public servant. Sovereign Citizens are the most entitled people I have ever seen. Luckily, I have only met a handful in real life and they weren't to the same level as the ones I get to laugh at on youtube. He doesn't understand what a pronoun is ... that's hysterical. Though, what he is saying is something that does happen in languages. It is called a contraction of a phrase. Like God be with ye because Goodbye and Fare thee well became farewell. The word Attorney and Attorn do have similar route terms, they aren't related beyond that as both come from French. And lawyer comes from Middle English, and just means man of the law. Like seriously, it has nothing to do with "saying" ... it is just like this guy is functionally illiterate at this point. He got the origin of jurisdiction right (law and saying) ... but doesn't understand origin of words and current meaning aren't the same thing all the time.

On the construction bit, if your going slab foundation than you start with the plumbing as it’s embedded into the concrete. I suppose you can do the wiring via foundation as well but that’s kinda weird, maybe underground service to the main panel?
