So…if all criminal charges are a ploy to make money, why are the courts underfunded and understaffed? Shouldn’t the courts have more staff and judges so they could get more cases through and therefore make more money? They’re really screwing up this golden goose.

Great video! Obviously, the key to being a successful scammer is to sound so confident in yourself that gullible people think you know what you're talking about. Of course throwing in a few 3 or 4 syllable words always helps. Next time I'm arrested for driving without a license, registration and insurance, I'm going to ask the officer, "Where's the corpus delicti?" And then I'll warn him that I'm an expert in subrogation litigation implementation. I'm sure he will let me go. I'm educated!!

You can see it every day on people court with bad counter suits.

9:00 another example would be a bank refunding a customer for fraudulent card payments, then pursuing the beneficiary.

This has to be someone who is practicing law without a license. I heard the guy say he was not part of the "sovereign citizen" movement and yet he espouses their principles almost to the letter, particularly the fantasy about the "bond" that each person supposedly has simply by their very existence. People who rely on this awful advise to their detriment need to bring a cause of action to recover damages from people like this in addition to criminal sanctions. This guy has a friendly, reasonable tone of voice which adds to his persuasive ability to make this stuff believable.

The expression, “ if you can’t dazzle them with your brilliance, buffalo them with your bullshit” comes to mind. This guy is a World-Class bullshitter.

Imagine going to an attorney to get legal advice and they say "Well this might be the law. I don't know. Try it out in court."

What people t like that fail to understand is; THEY'RE NOT SPECIAL.

I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on the internet, but I have successfully defended myself in court 3 times, against a major insurance company, a rental homeowner, and an ex-wife, by using their own facts against them. And never have I resorted to mangling the definition of words or trying to apply word salad to state my defense. Their own words, in writing, were sufficient to prove my defense was valid under the law. No 'bond', no 'subrogation', and no BS involved.

The one thing that concerns me with the SovCiz movement is that I see them get away with no jail time or reduced charges even though their arguments were essentially laughed out of court. I am by no means a legal expert and have never pretended to be, but I know for certain that if I acted up in court like I have seen several of them do I would be spending a while behind bars for contempt, at leased here in the state of Texas, while they have skated by with no jail time or time served with shocking frequency. I have never been arrested for anything but I have spent many years with state corrections and have seen the legal system in action many times, and it seems that the legal system afraid of having to contest their bogus arguments in front of a jury.

Lawyers make money from getting people out of trouble. Why do these people never ask themselves “I wonder why the lawyers don’t just do this and make so much money”
