Let me get this straight. He claims that the laws of the State of New Hampshire do not apply to him; BUT wants to be protected by the law, as spelled out by the state constitution? This seems to be a recurring theme in the Sovereign Citizen alternate dimension.

I love when they challenge jurisdiction while standing in front of a judge. If they really thought the court didn’t have jurisdiction they would’ve stayed home and disregarded any notice from the courts. Just showing up shows they know the courts have jurisdiction.

Just because you sue someone doesn't mean that you will win. If these individuals are claiming that The Courts don't have jurisdiction, why doesn't the Courts rule that since he claims no Jurisdiction over him by The States, then why not dismiss his complaint claiming that he has no Jurisdiction to file these complaint against the State? Turn the table on these individuals.

Given what he had to fight with, I think this kid was making as good a case as he could, in a respectful manner, for a cause which needed reform. He was light years from the present day morons whose only motivation seems to be getting on camera, looking for an argument, and swearing at people.
@xxxggthyf
@xxxggthyf 3 жыл бұрын
@@greghill7759 Whilst I agree cannabis should be legal it's people like him that do "the cause" more harm than good. I've never used the argument that cannabis should be legal because it's harmless. Partly because it's not true and partly because the other side could just point at people like him and raise their eyebrows questioningly. What honest answer could I have but "Yeah... You have a point"? Even the most fleeting glance at social media shows a correlation between believing ludicrous nonsense and cannabis use. Whether or not there's a causal link and if so in which direction is a different issue but either way they're not helping.
@greghill7759
@greghill7759 3 жыл бұрын
@@xxxggthyf This case has nothing to do with the SovCit movement. They want to wave a constitutional 'Get out of Jail Free' card, and abdicate financial responsibility towards society, whilst this boy wanted to be accepted INTO it. Forgive me, Anthony, but firstly, it is arrant hypocrisy to equate harm with legality. The truly harmful effects of alcohol, tobacco, and scores of other products put cannabis in the shade, but provide Governments with much needed revenue. Secondly, I fail to see how the Other Side "has a point", (and more importantly, a logical argument) in merely choosing to "point at people like him and raise their eyebrows questioningly". Thirdly, I trust you're not implying a direct connection in your statement that "Even the most fleeting glance at social media shows a correlation between believing ludicrous nonsense and cannabis use". That would be as absurd as saying there's a relationship between believing ludicrous nonsense and watching social media, studying Hinduism, or walking on your hands. Listen to the Judge's wry comments ten years ago @8.47, and I think you will see what HE REALLY thought of this nonsense.
@xxxggthyf
@xxxggthyf 3 жыл бұрын
@@greghill7759 OK... 1) His arguments are pure sov-cit whether he identifies as such or not. 2) I never equated harm with legality and I can't for the life of me see why you would think I did. 3) I am well aware of the harm of alcohol and tobacco having lived with an alcoholic for over a decade and having smoked my lungs into oblivion over 42 years and counting. So spare me the lecture. It should be obvious to even a moron in a hurry that the arguments for criminalisation of weed based on harm are no more valid than the the argument that it should be legal because it is harmless... Because it isn't. There are many good arguments for the legalisation of weed. You don't need to make up bad ones. 4) Whether or not this idiot's detachment from reality is down to weed or not is irrelevant. He's up on a cannabis charge and that makes him a poor advert. 5) I said there was a relationship on social media between believing ludicrous bollocks and weed. Because there is. I quite clearly said I would NOT ascribe a causal relationship to the connection and that even if there were one it wouldn't mean the weed caused the batshittery.. It could be the other way around. The plain truth of the matter is that just as some people don't know when to say "That's enough booze for me today thank you" others are incapable of saying "That's enough cannabis for me today thank you". They turn into such a particular type of incoherent cabbage that I can spot them a mile off because... 6) I have been smoking weed nearly as long as I have been smoking tobacco. Well over 40 years. Tomorrow is one of my Big Cigarette Nights and I can't think of a nicer way to finish the week off than getting stoned and watching Carry On Up The Khyber for the 687th time. As a matter of fact if you want to know what my attitude to weed is do a google search for Indica Marketing Board. The dot com... That's me. Yes it's a joke but then I refuse to take weed seriously.

People don't seem to realise the difference between making a claim against someone and WINNING a claim against someone. Just because the courts follow procedure doesn't mean your case has any merit. Also, here in the UK, the loser in civil cases gets to pay both sides' legal costs, which can be very substantial. It's a good system for discouraging nonsensical claims like the first guy.

This is the question I have recently had. If you sue, it means that you DO in fact recognize the court as an authority, which means that you are full of it since you claimed they didn't.

The Sovtard argument that the judge and the prosecutor are on the same team is not so much as being a government employee, but being a member of the Bar Association, by that logic any licensed attorney qualifies including defense attorneys. This is why they try to act as lawyers without a license because they think those who've passed the Bar are serving an illegal organization or some crazy crap.

Yes and it conveniently wipes out the whole court system where everyone involved has to pass the bar in order to participate.

One way to stop part of this nonsense would be to quit granting in forma pauperis to these people. They should be required to pay the fees. I might understand a single filing so granted in the interests of justice, but if a person needs to sue multiple jurisdictions, then the fees need to be paid.
