The policy enforcers work for a corporation, so this interaction is about commerce and contracts. It business, where force is being used to make the man do business with the corporate police department employees. This is about making money for the corporation. A man has the right to ask to be paid to perform for the corporate police, (or anyone else for that fact) who want him to do what they want him to do. It's called offer, consideration (exchange of goods or services with payment) and acceptance. The man was conditionally accepting the corporate police's offers to: give his name, give other details, get out of car, answers questions, be handcuffed, get in the corporations car, ... it called performance for a fee (hence fee schedule). One does not have to perform an act for anyone for nothing. The man has the right to set his price for an unsolicited interaction as the man did not invite to police to do business with him. The police are operating in commerce but are acting as paid thugs, as they unconscionably and immorally raise revenue for the corporation they work for. If you want someone to do something for you, that someone has the right to ask for something (payment or other exchange) for their performance. This is commerce. And anyone operating in commerce is required to comply with the rules of fair trade and commerce. No one can be force to do commerce with someone else. But you have just seen this happen. And it's called extortion. Like the mafia telling someone they have to pay protection money, and if they don't they'll get beaten up or have some other harm or loss caused to them or someone they know if they don't comply. This is called threatening with menace, coercion.

@AlexandraWellera1 I wish you & all you other people that live in LaLa Land would take your Fantasy World Way of Lives that you want to live, outside of our Law Abiding people & make your own Country with your own "policies, rules, roads", and everything else that you are against in Normal civilization! You don't like the way America is run, then leave America, and stop fighting & complaining about it!
@AlexandraWeller1
@AlexandraWeller1 6 ай бұрын
Thank you @@kathi2302 for your kind wishes. I am compelled to ask you what you believe 'law' is, and where does it come from. Then l'll go on to ask what you consider to be 'law' abiding people. Law to me, is to cause no harm or loss to people and their possessions. This is how I live, or at least try to live. Presumably you live on the land known as America or United States of America, I live on the land commonly known as Australia, also known as Terra Australis. The laws that I believe you are referring to are man made laws, as opposed to the law of Nature or Creator's/God's law. I follow the laws of nature and the Creator of this realm. Man made laws are those of commerce and contracts, meaning business. The so-called governments in America,Australia and other so-called countries are corporations and so they operate in commerce. One is not obliged to do business with the government however we have unwittingly be tricked into entering into contracts with the government agency( by way of the benefits and privileges we have accepted to receive), so the government assumes we have valid contractual obligations and liabilities. We have accepted the corporate governments benefits and so we become obligated to comply with their corporate laws/policies (statutes, codes, legislation, ordinances,...). However, these contracts the people have entered into with the government and its agencies have not given full disclosure as to the full terms and conditions, in fact most people being totally unaware that the relationship they have with the government is contractual because this fact has not been disclosed. So the people who are challenging the system of government are in fact challenging the fraud that the governments are operating in commerce and everything they do is subject to the accepted rules of commerce. When contacts are misleading and deceptive, this is unconscionable conduct in commerce and any contracts proven to be unconscionable are void (ab initio) from the onset. But the corporate government want their revenue, and the courts and lawyers are part of this deceptive and misleading system, so what we have is a rigged system, where true justice is hard to come by as the justices and lawyers are biased in their own and each others favour. The people working in the high corporate government positions are nothing less than pirates and they employee thugs (police = corporate government policy enforcers) to rob people. Unfortunately, until more people learn that their so-called governments are operating in commerce, the majority of people will be ignorantly and unwittingly subjected to the pirates policies, because the system is operating in commerce and you don't know you're rights, so you have none, because you don't know the rights you have to stand under. They say ignorance is bliss, do believe that is true? This message is my new years gift to you, which you can take or leave. Wishing you all the best whatever path you chose.
