You know who that defendant is yelling at while at the correctional facility? Some CO (Corrections Officer) like my husband that just retired after 30+ years. He had inmates return from a video chat that were riled up, taking it out on the phones, furniture, rarely/thankfully other inmates. Catching internal charges for destroying jail property. The judge gets to mute the verbal diarrhea, the officers don't get afforded that luxury!

I agree, you're right. However, maybe I'm thinking... she has probably grown close to the elderly couple and can see that the daughter (Cooper) is making mischief to have her mother removed from the house , and her father too. I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her.

Death should not be a dark time for one should be grateful for the time you did have with their loved ones. We should celebrate their life and not suffer in their death! (I’m sure they wouldn’t want you to) I know it’s a hard thing to do but if you can things get much easier when you come to accept death as a part of life that we all must take part in and go through! I’m very sorry for you loss and I hope you can find light in the dark times! God bless!

I pacifically doesn't want the people to have an attorney, nor atlantically, for that matter. You need to dismiss the prosecutor, Judge. I do not consent to the prosecutor being present or you because you don't have jurisdiction. I don't stand under it for many other reasons. Also, I do not consent and I say that with my lips together and a smile on my face.

On a conceptual level, I agree in principal that the idea of making people pay for filings in court could potentially be an unconstitutional violation of a person's access to the court, and possibly equal protection. On the flipside, I understand there are probably practical reasons why it is so.
