and on my website, here are the next seeds that I’m going to be starting this week, with a recap on what I have sown so far.
Sowing this week will be
Stocks both cut flower and for pots.
Rudbeckia and Carnations can be started if you can keep them frost free.
Phlox, I will do two sowings one now for my mixed borders and one in a couple of weeks to go in the Dahlia containers.
Cosmos, Hollyhocks and Zinnias are all incredibly light sensitive, started too early will result in weak short plants. For a detailed explanation you can visit my website, there is a video on each.
China Asters are sown in April for the same reason. The difference in the results is astounding.
