Soya Chunks Curry | चिकन-मटन से भी ज्यादा टेस्टी सोया-बड़ी की सब्जी | Soyabean Recipe | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.100 gm soya chunks
2 onion
2 tomatoes
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
.100 ml fresh curd
2 tbsp oil
whole spices
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 green chilli
10 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
.50 gm fresh coriander

Recipe is great . just sharing my expericence when i boil soya bean i just put pinch of turnmaice. turmericre reduces the soya smell . which we thing's nobody like.
