INGREDIENTS:-
Boiling:-
Chaap .. 800 gm
Salt… 1 tsp
Boil for 10 minutes
Oil for frying
Solution:-
Water as needed
Salt.. 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste.. 1 tbsp
Left the frying chaap for 10 minutes in this solution
Chaap first Marination:-
Chaap … 6 pcs.
Ginger & garlic paste… 1/2 tsp
Salt … 1/2 tsp
Left it for 10 minutes
Tandoori White Marination:-
Kaju … 250 gm
Green chilli… 8 pcs
Ginger… 30 gm
Coriander stems… 30 gm
Amul cheese… 50 gm
Milk … 100 ml
Grind it to smooth paste
Ginger and garlic paste… 1 tbsp
Salt… 1/2 tsp
Black salt.. 1/2 tsp
Green cardamom powder… 1 tsp
White Pepper powder… 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream… 2 tbsp
Mix it well
Sashlik as required
Final Touch:-
Fresh Cream.. 100 gm
Chat masala… 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander… 1 tbsp
Butter… 1 tsp
Garnish:- Chopped coriander and Butter
