Avoid coffee, alcohol, obviously anything loud like concerts, sporting events, loud bars. Drink plenty of water and take magnesium. See a hearing specialist and don't think about it. I know, I've had it for 30 years.

@@nickpeluso7511 exactly! will add more magnesium to my diet. I've seen a hearing specialist but didn't help much, it only made it worse. It's been almost two years now and am still young, do you think i will ever recover?

После того как Морриконе получил золотую малину за этот фильм он спросил у Карпентера зачем тот вписал его в титры как композитора, Карпентер ответил, что это благодарность за то, что музыка Морриконе звучала у него на свадьбе. P/S Золотую малину дали не заслужено - Карпентер гений хоррор музыки!

Two minutes in and already loving it, occasional quotes from the movie carry lots of weight making it more like a movie guide in a form of sound, which sets right atmosphere way better
