In the upcoming 1.205 update we are adding a set of new Prototech blocks to Space Engineers. These blocks are unique and powerful “end-game” blocks that will be part of the free content in the 1.205 update.

I’m guessing since the focus seems to be PVE, it’s some kind of advanced “condition” block. Something that will help NPC spawns to know where the players base is and give them an objective to destroy and for us to defend

Talking about espionage and intellectual property, the server admins should not be able to copy/save players ships and programs. This is what actually stopped me from playing multiplayer and I won't do until this issue is fixed.

@StellarisIgnis That 'small bug' had hundreds of complaints from players asking them to fix it, before they basically said they couldn't be bothered, then moved on to making more blocks not everyone would use. Also, for those who prefer to play planetside, that 'small bug' is pretty game breaking.

I suppose if you are playing on a mp server having to restart the server would be a pain, but on survival you literally just need to restart the game once every gaming session. Also all vanilla blocks are playable wtf you mean. Or are you one of those panzy's that hates dlc blocks (which are completely cosmetic) which funds further vrage3 and SE updates?

@@ParakeetsterR I think it could be a great benefit, although I'd need to know more about how it would be implemented before judging how it would effect gameplay. Like say if they had fast shield recharging rates while taking damage. That would make lightly armed vessels unable to hurt shielded ones. Compared to systems where the shields can only regenerate if not taking damage thar allows a lightly armed vessel to slowly wear down the shield. Lots of variables.
