😂😂😂 I've died like 5 times from from new game. I'm just figuring out how to eat/drink (power/h20/O2) the first 3 times I was just in the menu at a station just trying to force it down then I figure out the powering up thru the station but I'm on a small astroid and finally just figured out how to move things from the left side to the right side. I'm watching another video ATM but all of this I kinda picked up on easily but player upkeep is probably the most important thing to learn/know how to do only because it's not like other survival games where you can just kill,pick,cook,eat. And I always refuse to use admin tools or load in with nothing to worry about it just makes it pointless to me

@@SpaceEngineers pc, I've looked through the world settings but the closest I can find is toggling lightning damage. Would I need to open the world 1st, toggle it before opening the world, or even toggle it before creating a world?

Clarification of the steps I take* Load Game > Edit Settings > Advanced Available options: - Character Inventory Size - Blocks Inventory Size - Assembler Efficiency - Refinery Speed - Welding Speed - Grinding Speed - Environment Hostility - Sounds mode - Limit World Size - View Distance - Respawn Ship Cooldown - Enable Sun Rotation - Day Duration - Max Objects - Animal NPC Limit - Block Limits Etc (the list is very long and I figured you know the rest*)

Can you do caves yet? Can you do proper biomes yet instead of painting uninspired latitude stripes? Can you properly map "water" to the lakes they meant to go? Can you properly draw heightmaps yet so that they line up along their edges without needing modders to fix your incompetence and complete disinterest in fixing or, gasp, doing it right in the first place?

I know you just want attention for your whining, but yes, caves are already possible and have been shown multiple times in other tech demos, water has also been shown several times. And there's no need to draw lakes as the water will flow to the correct locations. As far as I'm aware, there has not been any news on how biomes work, but even the old engine supports more interesting biomes. There just aren't any planets that use this. Same with the height maps. The new engine tools should also be able to remove a lot of the problems of the old engine in that regard.

Talking about espionage and intellectual property, the server admins should not be able to copy/save players ships and programs. This is what actually stopped me from playing multiplayer and I won't do until this issue is fixed.
