Thank you so much for posting these videos. This machine, from what I remember was very wide.

This is by far the easiest pinball machine to get the replay. There's that little u-turn in the middle of the board. Keep hitting it. It will keep increasing, then give you an extra ball, then a free game. After that just go crazy hitting all the other stuff. When you play the free ball, do the same. Go for the u-turn over and over. You cam make the shot fairly easily with the main flippers or those little flippers. You can play this game all day on one quarter.

Loved this machine. Actually had it in my home growing up and most of my life. Orlando Pockets is indeed correct... that center loop was what it was all about. Rolled the score more than once using that! Such great memories seeing it again!

I was so happy when the deli on my corner got this for their gameroom! One of my favorite pinball machines. Love the artwork and sound effects. I also loved the artwork on the Haunted House pinball machine. Great times! :)

Hands down the best pinball machine ever made wth Bally's Lost World a close second. Backglass sounds and lights are the best. I played this machine so much in Granville in '82 that I became the only known 1 ball clocker ever to play this machine. That's right, I clocked this machine on the first ball getting the high score bonus games as well as the clocking bonus games.Rapid clicks went off as I clocked the machine concentrating on alternating passes through the centre horseshoe repeatedly sand scoring all possible bonuses. Was chased out of the arcade venue by the owner telling me to get out as he wasn't making any money from our crew. He used to spend all his time playimg Amidar which was on the upright arcade machine on the side wall. As you came up the stairs to this venue, Lost World was first on your right and Space invaders was to the left. Happy days back then.

That's really good that you let the ball drop from the upper paddles and control where it goes 👍 pinball wizardish

This was my first experience with a pinball machine, circa 1986. I was about 7 years old and finally got my freedom from supervision at the local youth center. This machine both intrigued and taunted my with its grotesque art and flashing eyes modeled after a jabberwalky...

It's a widebody! I always tried for the center horseshoe, then the targets on the upper left. Nice game.

Extra Ball in novelty mode scores 25k, and is repeatable. I did not know that it also stayed lit for the remainder of the game. Unintended bug? Player did not seek captive ball or multipliers. Because they risk draining?
@JBWiz9 жыл бұрын
this came to the University of Rhode Island student union in March, 1980, and quickly became a favorite. But the game required major adjustments within 2 months. Game audits at one collection showed about 500 games played, 492 free. The picture above shows mini-posts on the hoop shot; my game has regular posts. Having mini-posts didn't sway this player to shoot for multipliers, though.

Do you know on this game, you only can match on either 50 or 00. They forgot to put a 10 point switch on the game Great pinball game one of my favorite Bally Pinball Machines and Silverball Plus Harlem Globetrotters
@Titanic4 Жыл бұрын
Strangely, the manual of the game mentions that unlit bumper is worth 10 points on hit. There's one tiny problem though: The bumpers are always lit.

I used to play this game at age 14 (1980).I would beat the hell out of the game for several hours after school,while running up 40 credits maximum and a high score of 14 MILLION PTS.I would give free games to the customers.The owner of the arcade couldn't make any money off me as I also ran up his electricity bills,and had the gull to ask him for free sodas for beating high scores.He would reply,"I DIDN'T SEE IT WHILE MY FRIEND BENNY STUMP,AND CO-WORKERS OF THE ARCADE WAYNE QUANDT--MGR. WOULD WITNESS MY SCORES,AND HEAR ALL THE REPAY CREDITS CRACKING OFF. YES. I'M THE MAN WHOM SUED THE HELL OUT'VE TIM ARNOLD WHOM OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT. HE HAD NO RIGHT TO ASSAULT ME,WHILE HE,AND HIS STAFF ABUSED ME FOR WINNING TO MANY REPLAYS ON HIS PINBALL MACHINES!!!!
