Delicioso y si le ponemos proteínas vegetales como leguminosas como las vainitas o ejotes y cereal como maíz choclo o elote con un poco de cilantro para compensar el ajo Sería súper proteica !!! gracias por la receta

@@Einfachundherzhaft⁠⁠. Solange man nicht in den Titel schreibt…..“Original Carbonara“, geht es noch. Aber natürlich, man soll nicht sehr viel dran ändern, denn sonst kann man tatsächlich nicht mit dem ursprünglichen Namen nennen. Dann müsste man einfach einen anderen Namen dafür nehmen. Denn leider gibt es immer wieder Rezepte, die überhaupt nicht zu tun haben mit dem ursprünglichen Gericht (und ich meine jetzt im allgemein), aber die Leute nennen es trotzdem mit dem ursprünglichen Namen. Das finde ich dann überhaupt nicht in Ordnung.

Where I live the traditional foods are complex and amazingly good. However pasta dishes usually consist of boiling some spaghetti, heating a jar of store bought spaghetti sauce, dumping it on top of the spaghetti and sprinkling some pretend Parmesan cheese on top and calling it dinner. So nice to see other ways to make pasta dishes.
