I think the small soda cans are for kids so they won't be too hyper.

You can either order it baked or fried, we bake them in the morning and set them in the refrigerator for the day. So when you order wings we bake them again so they are either double baked or double baked and then fried for that extra crisp 🙂🙂🙂.
