Italian cooking is easy to learn. Only 2 Rules; Simple and Fresh. Then you're half way there. Practice some with seasonings and simple spices. You'll be amazed. This gentleman is a great example. "Tutti a tavola a mangiare!"

@prashanthdsouza1939 he didn't say but my guess is pinot grigio. It's the only white wine i cook with. Savignon blanc would be runner up but never chardonnay...too oakey and overpowering. All the best.
