Legato is obviously Tom's mastered style. Really fast fingers. On the other hand, Jack's style is pure, clean, soulful and fluid which is my kind of style. But nevertheless, I really like them both. ❤️ Kudos!

Tom plays fast and has great tone and touch. No blues though, hence, no knowledge of history. 🤔, not necessarily narcissistic, but definitely not acknowledging. Who eats to be hungry in 15 minutes?
@cesargomezu14592 жыл бұрын
Not everything has to have blues. The harmony does not imply any blues at all. Ignorant statement

Jack is very good no doubt but Tom is clearly superior
@samuelaguilar96685 жыл бұрын
there's no superior here. But I like Jack more because he's more versatile. Both have their own genre.
@ggh_-ts6pn5 жыл бұрын
@@samuelaguilar9668 not really, Tom is more versatile as he is clearly a superior jazz/fusion player. Jack is more pop/rock-ish which make him more popular. Those who dont know jazz will say Jack is more "tasteful" while its simply his note choices are just more mainstream.More major/minor and pentatonic and simple modal playing
@samuelaguilar96685 жыл бұрын
@Guthrie, that's your opinion. But versatile according to Merriam Dictionary means 'able to do many different things' I've never seen Tom played Rock, Ballad, Pop, and Progressive Metal But Jack played all of these and also he plays jazz too though it's not his genre. Tom is amazing guitarist though.
@ggh_-ts6pn5 жыл бұрын
@@samuelaguilar9668 Yes Jack play some "jazz" but Tom is far superior jazz musician to me as well as academically trained in jazz. He graduated in jazz from Jazz College of Music. If you ever play with Jazz musicians, you would know that they are the most versatile musician. I'm sure Tom can play pop music as good and even better than Jack if he wants. If you really want to see Tom capabilities as a musician (not a guitarist) and play in more "melodic" context (what I mean is less fusion because apparently you will get labeled "unmusical" and "no emotions" immediately if you play fusion), see his videos with Martin Miller "Between You and Me" and "How Insensitive"
@samuelaguilar96685 жыл бұрын
@@ggh_-ts6pn I listen to Tom Quayle and Martin Miller a lot. If you could search also about Jack Thammarat . You just searched the other. Btw, Jack graduated in Chandrakasem Rajabhat University where he studied music. I play jazz also (smooth jazz). The context is versatile in music. If you could also search the meaning of Versatile in Dictionary. Peace bro :-)
