I just moved from Vegas a little over a year ago. I will give you an example of the price of housing where I moved to. Gulf Coast area Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana. For 225K you can get an upgraded everything home, painted walls, granite counters thru out, tile in all living areas, window blinds, full sodded front and back yards, 2 car garage, attic area with pull down ladder above garage where you can stand up and walk directly over to your A/C plus storage space, 13,000 sq ft lot, 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 to 3 baths, complete brick exterior. 5 miles from the gulf coast, 2k sq ft. of living space, built by a regional builder in a subdivision.

I have to say I’m a fan of a 2 storey but this house really took me by surprise and I found that I was liking each part. The vinyl windows would have to be changed but all in all it’s a beautiful home. Lovely tour and I’m so glad that you are doing well in your field of expertise. Take care and stay safe

I just watched where you toured a 3,000 plus sq ft home. I thought it was going to be a knock out. Didn’t like it & the layout made it actually seem smaller. This home is “smaller,” but the layout is beautiful! WOW 🤩 the only thing I don’t like is the tiny backyards. Great channel!! God Bless you

Nice house and you are GREAT! However, next time do not show the "smooth texture wall" where there is a very obvious crack in it . BTW, why hasn't the builder had that fixed with these being model homes?

nice house. decent size yard you could actually garden in. single story. but honestly, it's hard to say what the real value of this house is right now. won't really know anything until next year. unless you're swimming in cash or need to move, i think people should wait.

That backsplash will be hideous to clean. I'd for sure put Mexican tile on a backsplash in that house. If I kept wood floor I'd have a more rustic wood, one with lots of knots and some texture.
