Review tradicional vids by Ramon Guarda i Parera. Best technique is making each arch on first layer complete from springing spanning across and landing, then start next row or layer. Glad to see this traditional catalan vault training going on. Congratulations!!

What I just mentioned, may be done as well with 2nd and 3rd layers. Complete arcs deliver self load, so stabilizing the structure. In cases of lunnettes on large tradicional catalán churchs, then yes, they utilized the sistem you are displaying in your video. Best wishes

Another key thing is that mortar must be freshly activated on the trough, as it is placer on top of the preceeding, bottom layer. Mortar cant be laid on in advance. Its binding to the bottom and new subsequent layer must be made with freshly elaborated mortar.
