Hey, it is unbelievable - yesterday I got stuck with a rental car without a road assistance coverage. I paid them to come and when they came the didn't find a tire. So today I watched a video and BAM - I found it and replaced (my first tire exchange ever). All this just to say - thank you!

Very helpful in deciding how I might replace my '98 Caravan. Replaced the dry rotted donut in 2011 with a full size in the same hanger under the 3rd row but it extends below muffler. A full size spare is a must, especially with front tire replacements and with needing to continue long distance trips to a better choice of tire shops.

Thank you! I had no idea in hell how to get the tire down. I knew where it was at, but I was looking for a hole bin back of the console, back near the pull out drawer.

Never ever put the "donut" (mini spare tire) on the front of a vehicle -- unless you want the drive of a lifetime. It is almost impossible to steer a vehicle with a mini on the front. (Been there; done that.) Recommended installation is to put the mini on the back only. If you have a flat front tire, then you have a two tire change process. Replace one of the back tires with the mini. Then put the good rear tire on the front to replace the flat and drive to the nearest tire repair shop immediately.

3 out of 10. You were doing so good until you stopped showing and just talked. Having had to change one of these tires myself, you only covered the EASY part. You should have shown how the spare is in a plastic cradle. And how much of a pain it is to get unhooked. I ended up having to cut the wire to get my spare.

This is terrible. Show how to remove the tire from the bottom or don't bother.

I'm looking at new Grand Caravans and most of them don't even have a spare. They have a tire inflation kit.
