Good day sir, can anyone help me i have a 125cc motorcycle equipped with a 26mm carborator the jetting is 82main and 38 pilot when i tune it for the highest rpm which is 2 turns out the acceleration is jerky and late throttle response any idea how to deal with it

What if there is oil on the plug. Its black and wet and I can whipe it off on my finger very easily. Could it be anything besides oil?
