Sasuke Uchiha What? There are plenty of devs that make quality games. I have enjoyed the Arkham games to varying degrees but the reality is it's never changed much from the outset. City tried but it was just the GTA effect of "You have this world to explore but you'll just be doing the same 3 things every city block for no real purpose", and Origins was literally just City reskinned with a pretty shallow plot (admittedly Rocksteady didn't do Origins). Maybe Knight will be a big change but I am not too hopeful.

Todd McFarlane is still trying to get a reboot green lighted. It was announced in August 2009 that Todd McFarlane had officially begun writing the screenplay for a new movie based on the character. "The story has been in my head for 7 or 8 years," McFarlane said. "The movie idea is neither a recap or continuation. It is a standalone story that will be R-rated. Creepy and scary." He added that "the tone of this 'Spawn' movie will be for more older audience.
