Ingredients, ( 1 cup = 240 ml)

beef -1&1/2 kg
garlic -1/3 cup
ginger - 2&1/2 tbsp
green chillie -12-14
turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
garam masala pdr -1&1/2 tbsp
crushed plack pepper -1/2 tbsp
salt
onions -2(big)
oil for deep frying
ghee -2 tbsp
cashews -10-12
raisins -1&1/2 tbsp
cinnamons -3
cloves -4-5
cardamoms -3
bay leaves -2
jeerakasala rice -4 cups
hot water -6 cups
salt
oil -6 tbsp
onions -4
tomatoes -3 ( small)
salt
Garam Masala Powder -2 tbsp
lime juice-2 tbsp
curd -1/4 cup
for Dum
------------
garam masala pdr -1 tsp
ghee -4 tsp
coriander & Mint Leaves -2-3 tbsp
fried onions
cashews & raisins

അടിപൊളി 2 തവണ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ശകലം തേങ്ങ നന്നായി അരച്ച് മസാലയിൽ ചേർത്തു. താങ്കളുടെ അനുവാദമില്ലാതെ. Easy recipe. Super കിടിലൻ. Very nice taste 🙏

എന്റെ ആദ്യത്തെ ഹോം മെയ്ഡ് ബീഫ് ബ്രിയാണി.. ഞാൻ ഈ പാചക രീതിയാണ് പിന്തുടർന്നത്... അത് നന്നായി വന്നു, ബീഫിലെ മാരിനേഷൻ മികച്ചതായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ലോംഗ് ഗ്രെയ്ൻ ബസുമതി റൈസ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചു, എങ്കിലും അത് കൊള്ളാം.. പരീക്ഷിക്കാൻ എല്ലാവരോടും വളരെ നന്ദി, വളരെ ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യുന്നു.

ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് 23.6.2021 ഇത് പോലെ ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി... ഇന്ന് വരെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ബിരിയാണിയിൽ ഏറ്റവും സൂപ്പർ എന്നാണ് എൻ്റെ കൂടെ റൂമിൽ ഉള്ളവർ പറഞ്ഞത്... മുന്തിരിയും, അണ്ടിപരിപ്പും ഇല്ലാതെ ആണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് എന്നിട്ടും.. പൊളി..

ഞാൻ ചേച്ചിയുടെ mutton dum ബിരിയാണി recipie നോക്കി ഉണ്ടാക്കി. Super ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. വീട്ടിൽ എല്ലാർക്കും വലിയ ഇഷ്ടമായി. Thank you soo much

Thank you mam i tried this at my home, it was delicious.my entire family tasted it and their reply was ' how did you do this it is really a super briyani' and even my child told have a comment like thank you and say delicious to that aunty. Really mam it was a beautiful dish
