Shallots -1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
salt
water -1/2 cup
oil -2 tbsp
Garlic paste -1&1/2 tsp
ginger paste -1/2 tsp
Tomato -2
masala powder
Oil -1&1/2 tbsp
green chillies -3
few curry leaves
FOR MASALA POWDER

black peppercorns -1&1/2 tbsp
Fennel seeds -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -2 tbsp
chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp

@@rochellecoetzer9821Add one Onion, 1/2 cup shallots, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder & salt to 1/2kg beef. Mix everything well & add 1/2 cup water to it. Pressure cook this for 6 to 7 whistles. Meanwhile, roast 1 1/2tbsp pepper, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 2 tbsp corriandor powder & 1/2 tbsp chilli powder. Later add 1/2tsp garam masala to this. When the roasted masala mix is cooled, grind it well into fine powder. Now, in a pan add 2 tbsp oil. Add 11/2 tsp garlic paste & 1/2 tspn ginger paste to it. Now add 2 chopped tomatoes to it & cook well. Now add the grinded masala to it. After sometime add the cooked beef into the pan and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 10 min until the curry becomes thick. Finally, in a separate pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil, add 3 chillis to it and some curry leaves. And sort. Now add this to the prepared beef curry. Mix well and serve! 🙂
