After 5 months of on my back and rehab I quit my "real career" job and started my own bike shop and yputube channel here in Lubbock called bully bikes. And just today I was on my way to my shop and telling myself to speak positive. That words have power and thoughts will lead my words so think positive. It's great to see yall succeed. I love you!

I love the message, also remember guys luck is involved. I got hit by a car who run a light at intersection while I was going through a green light, shattered my femur, broke my tib, fib, hip, knee and pelvis all on the way to a job interview while I was riding normally. Your life can change in an instant, luckily I’m walking again but it took lots of pain and rehab. I still ride and I agree with the power of words but also remember guys terrible shit can happen in an instant and we have to accept that risk and should do what we can to mitigate it while doing what we want to.

I'm all for the power of positivity and how that can affect positive outcomes, especially when it comes to riding, but one cannot underrate how immensely skilled Gixxer Brah actually is and how that keeps him upright as well. He makes many things look a lot easier than they really are and even touches upon an instance where he'd easily evade a car another rider just couldn't avoid. You can be positive all you want but you still gotta maintain the first rule of riding and that's to not outride your skill. That being said I love the enthusiasm and would love to learn how Gixxer got so good. An AMA(ask me anything) session would be pretty cool.

Gixxer I really resonate with what you're saying here. I started to work on changing my thoughts about everything in life since last year and I stopped romanticizing the miserable lifestyle and started putting goals for myself and my life has completely changed. sometimes I used to joke about "killing myself" if something slightly bad happened to me like for example not having any milk for cereal (its stupid I know) and it used to put me in such a bad mood for the rest of the day but then I realized how powerful words truly are so I stopped and I just laugh it off now. It's truly life changing. More life to you brah I love your content man

It was so cool hearing you speak on all of this brah. Lately I’ve been keeping my head down working full time while being in school full time. I’ve also been hitting the gym 5 times a week. I definitely have been implementing this ideology of speaking about success in all aspects of my life. I’m going to be buff, wealthy, and happy no doubt about it brah. I’m 1 year away from an applied math degree, and I can’t wait to start my career and buy some sick bikes haha

You’re right man, I just went down on my ninja last month on the 20th and I had 3 surgery’s and now I can’t walk and I just turned 17 it’s was my negative words that caused the crash but god saved me and I just hope everyone stays safe and loved

From watching so many motorcycle crash compilations I totally believe in how your thoughts shape your ride. It’s very rare for a situation to occur that is completely and utterly out of your control. It’s frustrating especially when riders lock up and resign themselves to a situation rather than live in the moment and react accordingly.

a friend from when I was younger died on a bike. He was quite clumsy at work and the night before he spilt something on the job, his boss said “you’ll end up spilling blood next”. Tragically he died the next morning on his way to work. Kinda haunts me so I’ll always live by what you’re saying in this video

I agree 100%, being an aggressive street rider isnt about holding the throttle open and getting lucky because the cars happen to not hit you, its about being completely in control of the situation, where anything can be thrown at you at any time and youll be fine. its never the car's fault, dont ride beyond your ability to react, just work with the hand dealt to you dont ride quick if you rely on luck to make it home

I really appreciate this message and also that you highlight that it's not just words/belief, it's also action. You aren't invincible just cause you think and say you are; you have to have your mind focused on the positive but also be taking the steps to make that happen. You gave the example of needing to keep your bike in order, not just thinking it. You cant say your bike will be fine and stop doing maintenance to it cause you expect the universe to hold it together for you. I've met some people that think all you have to do is believe it and sit back and wait for it to happen. Point is, It takes both belief and action; both mental and physical are part of it. Thanks again for taking the time to talk on the subject in a serious way.

I’ve been getting info this stuff myself. I haven’t said anything negative towards myself in a while and it’s made a difference. And I’ve spoken some of my goals into being. Can’t wait for the next video

This is so true I’m not a rider yet but i skateboard downhill every day and so many times have I had close calls with traffic where I could’ve injured myself greatly but every time I’m going down hills running into cars isn’t an option I can’t fall I can’t hit a car I can’t catch speed wobbles and every single time that mindset saves me and my body does whatever it has to do to avoid accidents, to sum it up skating 35mph+ with no safety gear everyday will teach you how important it is for dying not to be an option in your mind, similar to hooning on a bike all the time.

My guys, it’s as simple as that. “I’m GOING to make it home”. You dial that in during the pre-ride and your body does exactly like Braah says. It gets you home! Don’t accept defeat without trying to save yourself. The only way you know this is if the shits almost happened too you. I don’t even consider myself religious but I 100% agree with brah here. Multiple instances in my life I have thought of something happening and said it out loud with it being out of my control and it happened shortly after. Not good things either. A ton of people call brah stupid because of how he rides and I strongly disagree. What is stupid is a guy like me who has never rode a motorcycle riding like brah. Wayyyyyyyy out of my wheel house.
