こんにちは。 Thank you so much for explaining the Japanese particles! When I began to study Japanese last year, particles were totally new for me... And it is not easy to understand (when and where to use them).... It will take me a few years I think to assimilate everything. Thank you for your precious explanations! あなたは素晴らしい先生です。 お疲れ様でした。🤗🇨🇦

I am a Canadian living in Japan with a native Japanese 2 year old daughter (also teaching her english but Japanese is her main) I can converse with her in Japanese no problem but she uses this さa lot! I understand its like "listen up!" but using it is where I struggle. Its a very native thing I think😞

When you started explaining and said it wasn't used at the end I thought "but Itto says it in Genshin Impact! He says "正々堂々と勝ち取ってくるのさ” but then you explained the personality that conveys and that’s exactly Itto lmao.

ふみ先生、ありがとうございます! I’m a bit confused on when to use 「けど」like 「だけど」or 「ですけど」. I thought 「けど」 was like “but” or “however” so I figured it would be used to say “______but,” but it didn’t seem like that here. Thank you!
@SpeakJapaneseNaturally
@SpeakJapaneseNaturally Жыл бұрын
Good question. けど/だけど/ですけど also means “______and.” So it means "and" or "but" depending the context😀

i feel like さ i more of a feminine thing than masculine. when i living in japan it was a common feminie 口癖 especially among younger women. how many times id hear on the train a group of JKs or OLs saying "あたしさ、でもさ、あのさ、昨日さ, あいつさ、ってさ" etc etc but id hear it used among men used like "さあねえ” as in "i guess??" or like "さ、行こう!" as in "alright, lets go". im curious to hear your take on it, because"alright, lets go". im curious to hear your take on it, because im also a japanese teacher
