Very good sensei. I've always confused , and amazed ,why such basic kata contain advanced movements with open handed techniques.

Out of all those techniques there was only ONE Spear Hand... lol All of those were PSUDO Techniques except for the strike to the back of the head... 😔

Won’t work in a real fight! Takes too long to do arm Locks!
