I think the code for the 19mm overlay Olympia hinges used here is 360-D26-19T but there are other similar codes so please check.
The mounting plate code is 360-P4W-32T-DS
(With premounted euro screws for pre-drilled 5mm holes)
There is also a mounting plate variation for standard self tapping screws, ask them for the right code.

The special adjustable wide opening hinge (140 to 170 degrees is this code:
170-C34/19
With matching mounting plate 100-04AW-32. That mounting plate is for standard screws only but I drilled the holes wider (probably not recommended) to receive euro screws to go in the 5mm hole positions I had already created off the CNC machine on the carcass.
