I actually had to fight tears. I run a home for adults with mental and physical disabilities and it always made me sad to see how many families place them in the home and just forget about them. It makes my heart SO happy to see a family that loves and cares so much about their family member. I’m so so so full in heart watching all you’ve put into action for your daughter. You’re a strong woman. I know it’s not easy to care for those with varying needs but your love for your daughter shows so strongly and I am just totally ecstatic to see!

Okay! This is by far the BEST room tour on KZfaq !!! You have put so much love into this space. Your daughter is not just surrounded by beauty, she is surrounded by love. It seems like EVERYTHING in that room is enhanced by love. Ex: the guys that painted the sink and refused payment, you painting the IV pole and track , your friend making the ceiling flower, brother in law painting the blinds blue , the health care worker assisting with the cabinet, etc. I am so glad to see that you and your family have such a support system of love and caring from each other and from others not related to you. Thank you for sharing.

Her bedroom is beautiful and I love the colors. I'm Special Needs. I'm 23. I'm working on my room ti make it more me. Even though I'm 23 years old my mental age is like a 12 year old. I have autism. cerebral palsy and I'm mentally challenged.

WOW! What a gorgeous room. I Love how accessible everything is yet it doesn’t look like a room for special needs (hospital like). I would have loved a room like this when I was little. Love the light that is made with flowers , where did you find it?
