I remember when they labeled this guy crazy so to see him taken seriously is so refreshing.

This is sad for so many reasons. Being kept in the dark for so long. Something bigger is going on it feels. The reason I want to know the truth is because I feel they may know our true history of human kind and the reasons we are here at all. Whatever that may be. I feel that knowledge is property of humanity, not the governments.

We have never been alone. They have been here all along and as human beings we have a right to know this. Our evolution is stunted not knowing the truth about our planet, ourselves, and the universe.

The fact that this is such small news world wide says so much about where we are as a species. I wish I could talk about this to people in the street but so many still not ready or don't care. I crave this information and discussion.

I have to say I was left disappointed and angry with the hearing. If these two guys are leading the charge, I don't think we'll be seeing anything of relevance at any time in the near future if ever. Seemed like it was one giant back track to me. Who chose them to lead if they've never even heard of the Wilson memo? Were they just playing dumb or are they that uninformed? The hearing in a nutshell: "We don't know. That's classified. We need more time. Here's a video we can't seem to play for you." And then they topped it off by talking about drafting laws for punishing people for UFO "misiniformation".... seemed like a way of shutting up witnesses and controlling the narrative. I love Corbell, but I'm not NEARLY as optimistic as he seems to be.

I am a commerical pilot and flight instructor. I have seen UFO's often enough but on one occasion, I saw one relatively close and saw it defy physics in its turns and acceleration. I am not writing this to convince anyone, I'm all that matters and I don't care if there are believers or not, the concept works as a strictly private matter. Unless one has an open mind, one loses and there are losers everywhere about everything, doesn't bother me. I am glad that the government is seriously looking into it because certainly there are a plethora of ramifications.

My grandparents had a friend who served in WW2 in the Air Force. He said he saw things he could not explain while flying and was in Roswell in 1947 and let's just say saw things that is still kept confidential.

Years ago deep in the pecos mountains, I saw 2 lights (like bright stars), moving extremely fast, one behind the other. The speed caught my attention, the instant change in direction without changing velocity before leaving the atmosphere made my blood run cold. 2 others hiking close by were equally shocked and scared by what we had all just witnessed.

Yeah, pretty underwhelming hearing today. Seemed more like everyone there already decided what they were going to say and how they would say it, leaving the more serious stuff for quiet chats behind closed doors. Kinda "business as usual" vibe IMO. I get that even having a congressional hearing on the topic is pretty incredible, but it doesn't look like they'll be actually, seriously, FULLY open and honest in my lifetime.

Imagine all the people who were said to be crazy and ridiculed by friends and family who didn't believe. Don't feel bad. Most don't believe in there own beliefs

The issue of UAPs is only highlighted more these days because video capture and image quality has improved sharply. These things, whatever they are, have been around for a very, very long time. But I would say more could be seen on video if cameras used infrared and ultraviolet as there seems to be a bit of 'object cloaking' going on in the visual spectrum (normal everyday vision). Commercial cameraphones and camcorders might benefit from multispectrum (or full spectrum) recording capability if the public demand these features from the manufacturers. If such camerphones and camcorders were more readily available and cheaper, the incidence of capturing these 'phenomena' would rocket up in numbers. To the best of my knowledge, they seem to occur mostly around military ships that have nuclear reactors, buzzing nuclear powerplants on land, and to a lesser degree, during electrical storms and hovering near very large electricity substations or energy hubs. Lastly, a great and cheaper method of optically spotting these typically hidden aerial objects, is by wearing polarized sunglasses (Oakley Prizm Deep Water glasses, the sort used for fishing, is good) that can be bought at the local angling store. Such equipment won't reveal 'what' these things are, only 'where' these things are.

I had a sighting back in 2013 with about 25 other people of 6 or 7 UAP in the Willow Grove, Pa where people were pulling over and getting out of their cars and pointing and trying to capture them on their cell phones as did I. It was amazing and definitely not a mass delusion. Keep up the great work and I hope the truth comes out quickly because this is truly exhilarating!

I said yesterday when we were doing the UFO hearing podcast that, I noticed they mentioned briefly the name Mr Corbel. And I assumed they were speaking of Jeremy corbell, but I didn't know for sure? Looks like that's exactly who they were speaking about. So that is actually pretty fascinating. Like I mentioned Jeremy corbell is friends with and works extensively with Bob lazar. They claimed they don't have any kind of exotic material in the hearing. But of course Bob Lazar has claimed they do have exotic material, and have had exotic material for decades. Yet they gave credibility to Jeremy corbell who is friends with and works with Bob lazar. Interesting.

The video the gov showed was not even slowed down so you can see the UAP. They showed the worst vids they had, if experts are to believed. Disclosure will never arrive! If I see it right, Jeremy's video was dismissed in the hearings as a "malfunction".

I have been interested in UFOs for 40 years and have done a lot of research of the major incidents. Corbell is an excitable guy about this subject. He is mistaken to think this meeting was about transparency. The coverup is still alive and well. Here's my take on the hearing with the 2 senior Pentagon officials. (1) Scott Bray said he was unaware of the Malstrom AF base incident in the 70s when an object shut down 10 nuclear weapons during the cold war and that is as serious a security problem as you can get because they must be active at all times. in fact, they were designed in a way where an event could not affect all ten at the same time. When the object flew away the nukes came back online. He said he did not investigate this incident because no one of authority requested it or brought it to his attention. Surely he knew about the most serious security threat to our nation and if it was me I would be proactively raising the issue with higher ups and certainly questioning the commander of the unit involved in the incident, Robert Salas. He is not believable one bit here. (2) They conveniently chose photos/video's of objects that are not as mysterious and in fact I thought were more along the lines of drones when I first saw these videos months ago. The negligence here is they did not try to make contact with them to chase them away from sensitive military training areas for some unidentified reason which is normal procedure or to use counter-drone measures in case they were adversary,. They never showed the Nimitz Tic Tac or other videos that would show objects performing feats that none of our vehicles can perform. Those are the true mysterious ones that point to an advanced technology understanding beyond our knowledge of physics and I suspect those are handled in closed door sessions. These are the incidents that raised serious national security concerns because we cannot do anything about them if they become hostile. (3) Bray said there were no military incidents in which the objects were fired upon, and we have no material in our possession that is not of this Earth. Not true if you believe what Lue Elizondo has mention in his interviews, and many reports over the years from around the world. (4) Objects have been reported underwater and he said that would be addressed in closed door. The important point here that was never raised by anyone is these objects have performed trans medium travel and nothing any country on earth possesses can do that. Fly in the sky like a plane than go in the water like a sub, and even come from space. And our subs have identified on sonar these objects travelling more than 2 or 3 times faster than our fastest sub. (5) Scott says he knows of an aviator who saw something and when he landed called him personally to report it. What aviator does that in calling a senior naval intelligence official as soon as he lands to report a UFO. It must have been shocking to him what he saw to do that yet Scott provides no details of the conversation and no one asks. (6) lastly, regarding transparency, both were asked what has to be done to hold people accountable for their self-serving interests on the subject of UFOs suggesting they are a problem for the investigation or maybe keeping the coverup alive and well. I think the people they were referring to are Lue Elizondo and Chris Mellon ex-DOD, and in the public domain Corbell himself.

The fact that they publically gave him credit tells me everything I need to know about him.

Am I the only one that was left with the impression that this UAP Task Force is just there to obfuscate and make ambiguous comments to deflect from some truth? I was unimpressed by the hearing.

Within a biblical context, this phenomenon was attributed to the 'gods', 'angels' and 'elohim'. It's actually challenging to study the ufo/uap phenomenon and not eventually notice that it meshes oddly well with much of ancient historic accounts. And doesn't it stand to reason? Isn't it logic to conclude that an 'agency' with 'technology' that is orders-of-magnitude ahead of our own would be ruling with unchallengeable invincibility? Given the known size and timescales of our cosmos, wouldn't it be far more likely that they've been here for millenia rather than decades? And if they have always been with us, then our story is theirs too, which would naturally make it more difficult to define their influence and presence among us. Philosophy and Science have parted ways some time ago, I get that. I do understand why they did - I myself don't give too much thought to myth when I'm aiming my telescope mount at Polaris. It still bothers me though that the answer to this phenomenon may be hiding in a forgotten overlap between these two fields of thought, and that the stubborn division between these parties (almost like politics) will forever obscure our view of a crystal answer.

A documentary filmmaker in Los Angeles reviled that extraterrestrials have been living openly in California for decades and they fit in so well with the population that no one noticed.

They barely opened the door. But need more meetings and reports by government agencies as to their posture on this subject. The history reflects only that they are observing us and to some degree taking samples. This is the unfortunate part of their visits. So contact is needed to clear the air as to their purpose coming here. History patterns show they don't want direct contact. This makes them a much higher form of life than us.

Im a former Pilot Group Captain (GPCAPT) for New Zealand Air Forces, I've had many encounters with UAP on 5 separate occasions, 1 occasion I was flying my Skyhawk (fighterjet) we were around 5 feet away from one following us almost as if it was observing us and I will say now they aren't human pilots flying those vehicles we had footage but surrendered it and haven't heard anything since this was 2007.

They were hovering over the airport in Florida and they would follow airplanes when they took off and blink red and faster when it was following it then slower and blue when it would head back to just hover over the airport. There was 2 but only one would follow the airplanes and just hovered left and right, left and right.. we watched it for like 40 min when we pulled over on the highway trying to figure out what the heck it was.. still don't know...
