Quick question though: 🤔 On an average, how long does natural human growth hormone produced by the body last in the body after one session of HIIT??

It last for about 2-4 hours at maximum. That is, if you were doing hiit exercise. If you want to increase the duration then you can do fasting along with it to maximize the production.

Since being on sermorelin (HGH) injections since June, I have gained so much belly fat. i already have issues with utilizing glucose due to low lactate dehydrogenase enzyme - i didn't realize this made it worse! i think for me, it's turning to cortisol. my biochemistry is so unique and odd that it makes sense it would do the opposite for me. ugh.

@@zoezzzarko1117 You are SO backwards 😆😅😂🤣 HIIT burns glucose because it stresses the body and that stress raises your cortisol levels. When your cortisol levels are high, you don't tap into your fat stores. Therefore, low intensity cardio is what's going allow you to burn fat. You have quite a bit to learn.

I was kinda fasting for a couple of months without really thinking about it. Eating like a snack in the morning and then eating dinner. I’m 20 so I was developing acne and I just though it was for whatever reason and it immediately cleared up when I starting eating 3 or 2 meals a day with some fruit as a snack and drinking more water. I never had acne growing up so I couldn’t stand the pimples even though it wasn’t bad at all compared to some people.

(Gh) seem to be the data. something I cant afford! I've been analyizing this knowledge for sometime. Young boy religiously dedicated to a reaction a few pounds no big deal. According to mechanical issues I might have injured my glands but matter was left on my left index finger. If you could tell me how does that invole my pituitary? If it doesn't at all invole my pituitary Also this hormone is a bitch sorry. It should not be this way.. I'm not giving up. Hope to get more information thanks for trying to explain.

100% Yes. Complete GH replacement is actually about .3 iu in a medical sense - so using only 1 IU you are actually getting about 2-3 times replacement - it's that powerful. Intermittent fasting will boost it naturally up to 2000% in some cases without using synthetic injections and relying on "Drs" who really don't care if you live or die as long as you make them some money first. Fast 20 hrs eat for only 4 . drink lots of water between. Don't eat withing 3 to 4 hours of bed . Get your sleep between 8 and 7 am. Deep REM sleep state from 12 to 2 am . Also HIIT full body workouts daily right before you break your daily fast . HIIT increases it naturally as well.
