Actually ma'am! I wanna ask that why you added 360° in 1st reading of first vernier (60°14')?

Because the vernier has made one full rotation of 360 degrees, that's why it is added...

After making the full rotation, vernier two shows 240 degrees... in vernier 1, it is 360 + 60 degrees...
