The event is supported by NGOs such as SG Riders, SG Climate Rally and so on.

Agree....lalamove is no better either. Completely hopeless and useless customer service support. When u are late, you are penalised. When you wait for food, no matter how long, u are not compensated as there are a lot of things to do to get your waiting or cancellation fees...and even then they will not respond to you till you leave the chat help and end up back to square one. And best part is when you cancel the order, you get a penalty 30 minutes forced "rest" by the App for cancellation. Nobody really cares about the welfare of the delivery riders/drivers
