You all have been asking me for a farm tour for AGES. Well, I gotta say, my farms look really good up close. But zooooom out and man, it's a hot mess. Much like my life I suppose.
After much twisting of my arm, I decided it was time to completely clean up my very first farm even, and bring it up to speed. I think it looks soooo good now!
I was going to just give you a tour of it after it is done, but I know how much you all love those speed-ups in my LP's, so I added that in while talking a bit about the thought process behind what I was making. If you just want the FARM TOUR, I've timestamped it for you all. Enjoy!

literally me with my river farm. i hate that my main save (over 100 hours) is a river layout. theres a LOT of wasted space.

That's why she said, "Even though the house is fully upgraded, I can't place anything here." You'd think that once Robin can't upgrade your house anymore you could fill that spot.

I would love a video that shows like, how to really start trying to design a nice farm layout from the beginning? My issue is usually having to move stuff around gets to be overwhelming

I agree, there’s a website you can use (i never have lmao) called the stardew valley farm planner that could help tho? But i always try so hard to kinda min max in the early game i dont have time to keep orderly!

Incredible job, I love so many of the touches here. Fish hatchery, the duck farm, and the slime place all look wonderful! Also the patio and the your crops look great. Its also just very nice to listen to you do all this.

This is the kind of video I have been looking for! I can find farm tours, but no one has a video showing how they set up their end game farm and why they did what they did! Perfect. Wonderful vid and tour! Love your channel. Tidying up an old year 2 farm and trying for the Two Kids Xbox achievement with Sam while I watch today. It's a real blast to see all the iridium grade forage yet find I've not done tons of stuff,mlike buy a calendar or catalog - "Why do I have jam items in the keg box?" :)

i've only ever seen my ducks jump up into the water, and not down into the water. try putting your ducks on an island in the river farm. i love the decoration videos!

pfft- i started with the river but then i went to the wilderness farm and always chose it then the one time i went to make a new farm because most are practically near perfection and i just wanna have a chill farm and when it was night it felt SO illegal when i wasn't being chased by bats or hear the flaps or even see any golem's or slimes

Wickedy, can I ask what mod you used to click your plants to grow? I have CJB but I don't see the option in the cheats menu - and that's all that Google is pointing me to right now.

Near the bottom of CJB menu is the controls tab. It has a key for insta growing crops and trees. I believe the default is 1 and 2 on the num pad.

They are called "log sections", Robin sells them for 350 gold i think, hope it helps!

The frozen time option is something I have done with a mod, listed in the description. I'm not sure how to mod the mobile version.

@@Wickedy Ahh crap Im blind then. I just saw your blue jazz flowers at the center of your bee hives. I couldn't see it earlier because of the honey icons covering almost everthing in it. Had my hopes up for a second.
