Question for the speed nunchakus. What is the perfect length for the handles and amount chain links or string inches for the ultimate speed nunchakus? Which brand/company of nunchaku's do you like or prefer and do you like chain links or chords better?

Well I'm not sure about the handle but I prefer a medium size chain or rope from nunchucks.As for the brand, I'm like experimenting with other nunchucks. Its a lot more fun for me

I like to train with heavy chucks but speed chucks are the popular choice because they are way more flashy although they wouldn’t really hurt anyone if you actually had to defend yourself but they sure are fun.

This is factually untrue... If you took a full speed strike to the side of the head with speedchucks... You would be sleeping 100% of the time.
