Louis Smith is a classically trained artist. He studied in Florence, Italy for three years and now resides in his home town of Manchester. His portraits have been exhibited in the BP Portrait Award 2009 and 2011 and Royal Society of Portrait painters 2009-2010.

I watched this painting process so many times, Im so happy you ever painted this beautiful portrait. I just love this painting, this is my favourite one back for years, and Im not kidding at all. Love this, and all of your work deserve serious attention and proper, respectful study. Thanks for sharing ‘Carol’, I truly love this portrait.

@CefaloStudio not really....way too overowrked...but it gets 6 out of ten for effort....missed a lot of highlights and some shadows.....with more practice will improve.
