This was a feature that has always been in speediance no? I remember this triggering when I bought the machine in June

I was told by the company that it came out in a more recent update but perhaps I was given the wrong information if you already had it. It could also be that there was a bug that they needed to fix and that for some people it would work and some people it would not.

Any additional safety concerns or situations you’ve had happen personally with this unit? Do you recommend Speediance or would another product be better?

I have one of these-- i love it. i haven't had to use that "failure" mode, but the ring is very helpful to kill off the weight before you get in trouble. super easy to unpack this thing, too~! highly recommend!

As of right now I believe that the Jim monster is the best machine on the market. I haven't personally had any safety situations or concerns but if I do I will definitely come out with a video talking about those in the future. Currently though I would highly recommend the machine because it's been nothing but good to me (and the company has been great as well).
