Will this show voltage on 1s lipos? Specs show for for 1s but also say input voltage starts at 5v.

can this balance without putting the power cables in but just the balance leads?

Yes it can if you plug in just a balancing lead it should go in balancing mode

They do not but if you grab the special adaptor to convert them with the main power and D balance lead separately you will be able to check the cells

Does the battery come preset at 37 hours to go into storage or is that what you programmed it to be?

Normally stock is 72 hours but there is some I saw they were not program at all.
