Well, I think beeing in for eight years actually has something to do with it. Because you have much more experience in hearing certain sounds and/or filters applyed to sounds. Other than that I think that the electronic style sounds very good in this song, beause the whole thing is written in an electronic style and a bit of autotune isn't wrong in this case. :D I can't tell if he used it that much in his other songs 'cause it's the first cover I listened to from him...

rustyrides600 if you've been in the game for 8 years now, you should this is a pretty good mix for vocals. Maybe it's not your preference, sure, but this isn't over produced or tune crazy. Regardless, melodyne or autotune is industry standard today (objectively speaking) and I'm obviously not Adele.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Honestly this version is incredible! It bugs me how much people are commenting about "auto tune" or whatever because it's clear it was used for artistic and stylistic choices and it sounds bomb! 100% did the original one justice :)
