Folkstyle is not pretty fun. Well he was damn good at it. I look forward to seeing his progression to Paris 2024. Cheering for him.

Ride nuts often? Just slurping the whole sack. There's nothing special about Ramos. In the end his lone highlight will be he once beat an olympic gold medalist, and ruined everybodies ncaa championship by luckily pinning maybe the funnest wrestler ever to wear a singlet.

“1:36 Folk style is not very fun.” Proceeds to be a 3 time national champion in it and then quit the NCAA tournament his final year. Yeah… okay Spencer Lee. He definitely can’t be saying that because he lost to Matt Ramos his final year. This DEFINITELY cannot be a coincidence right!?

I thought he was making light of exactly that situation. Having the confidence to do that is a very good trait to have. Which only comes from knowing that, despite that loss, you're one hell of an extraordinary wrestler and you've got more to do than dwell on that loss, other than to make an occasional reference like that.

Spencer has talked about preferring Freestyle to Folkstyle in the past. Nothing new
