I started climbing stairs because I didn't want my body to sag, but I was surprised at how effective the workout was. After going through yoga, Pilates, spinning, PT, and home training, I settled on Pilates, but I stopped having it after having children. I thought I had to simplify the process of starting workout to be able to do it consistently, so I started climbing stairs, and my belly fat has decreased a lot ^^ I think I'll keep climbing stairs for a while.
