You could look into getting a masters degree or applying for law school/med school. It seems like your life lacks purpose and school could bring some of that back, plus you will meet lots of like minded focused and disciplined people, and you will never feel lonely.

I’m struggling with acne right now as well, it started to get really bad a couple weeks ago and has to gone away. I’m 22 and thought I was past that stage of my life & idk what to try:/
