Joe is great and I respect the knowledge and passion he has. I can’t totally agree with his view on modern keys/ratios/etc.. I mean who would’ve thought any comics would be worth as much as they are today. Same same for our current modern into the future. Looking forward to what is to come. 👀🙌🏼

I think Joe made a mistake with the X-Men silver age book. The first appearance was for Kazar and Zabu not Sabertooth. It wasn’t until the Bronze Age when Sabertooth was created and his first appearance was in Iron First issue 14. As for New Comic book day I was surprised you were able to maintain purchases every week. Modern books are very expensive and I can’t believe teens and younger could afford a comic book at current cover prices. I tend to wait until they go on sale but if there is a modern key that is running low I will pay full cover price for it. I was hoping to wait for Ultimate Invasion issue 1 to go on sale because the book is almost $10 cover price but there was only one in stock so I just bought it. The one I really scored with was Wolverine issue 36 first appearance of Hellverine. Stores were running out fast and I was able to purchase the last one I saw online at full cover price but shipping almost doubled the price. It was worth it because now people are selling it for $30-$50 raw only months after it’s release.
