The vocals of this version is so clean; I could hear clearly Geri's vocal as harmony layering Emma's voice in the chorus. Same goes with Melanie B's voice layering Melanie C's, while Mel B's other voice was singing 'ahwoah.. ahwoah..' as they were singing 'Wanna make love to ya baby...' And Mixing it with the live version of 2 Become 1 in Istanbul version 1997 is amazing ✌️🇬🇧

Actually it's Victoria's voice that layered Mel C for 'Wanna Make Love To Ya Baby...' Not Mel B, as you listen carefully. Victoria has a cool low register voice too.

@@crazyspice3951 Even if that's true, the music video version is what the actual single release was based on with Posh's verse and her layered vocals on the chorus. So we shd just take the single version and not album version with Geri's verse. Album version was just the old recording with Geri but as you can see Spice 25 and even their Greatest Hits are using the single version with Posh's verse.

@@apollolancer78 Like I said, in this version, their harmony voices was christal clear. Victoria has cool lower voice as proven in her debut album VB in 2001. Melanie B & Victoria has distinctive vocals even when they both sing in low notes & you can easily set them apart. Come on, it's been 25 years, can't we tell the difference between Melanie B & Victoria when it comes to singing?

@@crazyspice3951 Er I can tell the difference between Mel B and Vicky's voice. Don't underestimate my trivial knowledge of SG. Lol. What you listened from the breakdown is the album version, NOT the single version hence Victoria's part was left out. Whoever uploaded this video should have breakdown the minus one of the single / MV version instead which is the official track, not the album version with Geri's part. So don't assume I can't tell my Spice Girls' distinctive voices apart. Happened to be a trained singing professional btw. 😁

Really nice arrangement here. Love the strings, somehow makes the song sound more tender. The trip hop vibe also sounds fantastic -especially the extended outro. Would’ve loved an official version of this if the girls wanted to re-record the song.

The blonde girl has the best voice in the group and she is very beautiful too. Baby Spice ( Emma Bunton ) sings better than the other 4 girls. Her voice is really nice and soft in the original video.
