My mom and I had a horrible relationship. She died in 2020 at 91. I always wished we’d be close but it wasn’t meant to be. She preferred my brothers but in the last yrs of her life they abandoned her and I was the one who took care of her even though it was difficult. But this song makes me feel sad.

Being born in 1982, I grew up to this in the 90's. One of my favorite songs of all time. Losing my dad 6 years ago and my mom April 1st of last year, Both to cancer really does hit home. Thank you Spice Girls for making this. Even though I lost both of my parents to a horrible disease, It makes me think of the past how they did what they could to make me and my brothers happy.
