Ingredients:
For filling:
1. Oil: 2 tbsp
2. Panch phoron: 1/2 Tsp.
3. Onion: One medium size.
4. Green Chili: 2 medium sizes.
5. Salt to taste.
6. Red chili powder: 1/2 Tsp
7. Turmeric powder: 1/2 Tsp
8. Cumin Powder: 1/2 Tsp
9. Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tsp
10. Cubed potato: 3 medium sizes.
11. Green chickpea: 1/2 cup.
12. Chaat masala: 1/2 Tsp
13. Garam masala: 1/2 Tsp
14. Fresh Coriander: 1 Tbsp
15. Oil for deep frying
Bread:
1. Large size bread: 4 pieces. But you can use 8-10 for the amount of the filling.
