Hello Bro, The same problem i have faced few months ago in the month of November, they are continuously doing the same thing, i am travelling to Kolkata from Bengaluru my flight was at 5:10 pm & it was departure at 12:40 am....most of the people are coming to Bengaluru for the medical treatment, i saw one lady she was having the Cathedral in her hand...& it was very painful, & it was very difficult sit for long hours after discharge from the hospital , she was asking for the water the staffs of the SpiceJet are very arrogant, & talking very rudely with passengers....they are doing this kind of things on a regular basis....

Whenever there is a delay in the flight at the airport ,in that case free meal information is given at the white board nextto the gate…..by the way as far as pririty boarding is concerned ,that is only applicabe for aerobridge boarding.not for bus gate boarding …just a piece o inormation

recently i visited internationaly Spicejet was offering a very cheap flight but i opted to another expensive option instead of spicejet.

This has happened with me as well Flight was from Delhi to Srinagar ( 23rd October 2022) flight was at 9:25 and it delayed to 12:30 The only good thing about my concern was the SpiceJet informed one day prior of the delay flight (we didn’t had to wait at the airport)

How long the matter will be resolved in the consumer court? Better to settle everything at ground level

I have travelled in several Airlines like Fly Emirates ethihad Airways Qatar Airways srilankan Airlines Air India Indian Airlines Jet Airways Air Arabia Indigo and SpiceJet also but my worst experience with any airlines is SpiceJet i never want to travel again with spicejet in my whole life

The same problem i have faced previous week ago,flight was dubai to calicut.we checkout in the airport 10.30am but the flight was tomorrow 11.30am. One day We stucked in the airport. Mera bhi same experience tha Spice Plus ke saath. Koi Priority boarding nai hui na hi bag priority pe mila. Aapko food tho diya mujhe tho food bhi deny kar diya flight mein. Jab maine complaint book pucha tho unhone sabse last mein food serve kiya. Maine Complaint kiya mail mein tho sirf sorry response aaya. Finally Air sewa portal se complaint kiya tho 500rs ka voucher offer kiya mujhe

Abhi kal hi meri bhi aur baaki passengers ki ladai hui spicejet walo se. Flight delayed by 1 hr. That too after the flight was already rescheduled two times due to operational reasons (Just like here). Sabse kabaad airline. Kabhi bhi peak travel season me travel nhi karna.

This happened with me also in flight shrinagar to Delhi on 02/12/2022 where the seating chair was broken, seats were not cleaned,and also my near by passenger's seat belt was broken. Well i have also wrote the mail to company but there email id is wrong. This is the company where we trust and fly. Very disappointing company it is.

SpiceJet is same as, autorickshaw! But, I traveled with them on their new MAX 8. It felt way better. Anyway! Never travelling again with them. I’d prefer spending few extra bucks for a better experience, and service.

Aap Flight mei itna travel krte ho to ye baat bhi jaan lo ki if a flight is 2 hrs delayed complimentary meal has to be provided and if it is more than 6 hrs delayed accommodation or flight rescheduled has to be done on airline's behalf !!

Actually those guys has nothing to do with delay, they just get the instruction from higher authority, i can say it cause a lot of trouble to passenger also in dgca rules if a flight gets delayed by more than 2 hours then airline should take care off all the extra expenses or they should rebook to any flight. its the airline fault but if its due to weather delay then it will not work

In general airlines in India never announce about free meal in case of delays. I had an experience at Goa airport with AI. Actually, I came to know only after I paid for the food for me and my family. That also I was informed by the guy at food stall.
