Spicy stewed chicken breast
This is a recipe for grilling a tortilla with soft chicken and cheese.
The chicken is very tender and the sauce has a very deep flavor.
You can also make it with beef (low-fat cut) instead of chicken breast.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[2~3 servings/ 7 pieces]
✤ Chicken Filling
- 336g, 2 Chicken breasts
- 169g, White part of green onion
- 120g, Half an onion
- 45g, 8 Whole garlic
- 175g, 1 Tomato (you can use tomato paste)
- 24g, 4 Dried chili peppers
- 2g(1Tbsp) Oregano
- 10g (1Tbsp) Curry powder (or cumin powder)
- 12g (1Tbsp) Chicken stock
- 16g (1Tbsp) Tomato pasta sauce
- A little salt (if needed)
- 500ml Water
✤ Ingredients and Toppings
- 7 tortillas 6 inches (15 cm)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Chopped onion (topping)
- Coriander (topping/optional)
✤ TIP
- If you add 4 dried chili peppers, it will be spicy. If you want to eat it in normal flavor, add only two.
(The spiciness decreases when the cheese is topping)
- It can be substituted with 3Tbsp of chili pepper powder instead of dried chili pepper. (Based on spicy taste)
(Of course, it tastes better with dried chili pepper.)
- If you do not like the spicy taste, omit the pepper and add 1 additional tomato.
- If you use beef instead of chicken breast, boil for 1 hour.
- Use low-fat cuts of beef.
