Spicy Fried chicken better than KFC!

Now you can make the best ever fried chicken at home. Forget KFC, this fried chicken recipe will blow you away and I’m sure will be your favourite. Just the right amount of spices without overdoing it. The chicken is marinated in milk, yogurt and spices to tenderise the meat making it super juicy and flavourful. The coating is crispy, crunchy to die for!
You will need a whole chicken, see my how to breakdown a chicken for frying video.
Frying on the bone simply gives you more flavour and well worth doing. So if you have time, forget KFC fried chicken and make your own superior spicy fried chicken at home. Enjoy my recipe30 spicy fried chicken today!

Hey Recipe 30, I will tell you my secret recipe you can try it but don’t tell anyone and believe me its better than KFC not kidding 😋 for the marinade instead of cream use yoghurt 1/1 ratio with water, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, ginger pdr and BP and in the seasoning flour add to your Spices some Mustard pdr and oregano then no other fried chicken can beat this recipe its a promise, pls let me know your results if you try this and if you make it to a business send my royalties to the orphanage near you.. Hey thanks! I made the best fried chicken marinating in milk & spices overnight! Now I always do that. Same as yours except ginger. Will try the bay leaf and just egg whites 😍 I use Hungarian sweet paprika.
