In this video we will see how to make Mushroom Curry. Mushroom gravy / Mushroom masala is an excellent side dish for chapathi. This curry also goes well with rice / biryani. Mushroom have the ability to absorb the flavor from the seasoning added to it. So this recipe makes the mushrooms so flavorful and irresistible. This mushroom gravy is spicy and tasty like restaurant style. The mushrooms remain soft and juicy after being cooked and have an interesting texture.

Thank you so much for this recipe. My kids love mushrooms and I always add them to my vegetables. Today for a change I tried your recipe and it turn out delicious. I follow all the ingredients but instead of 1 tomato, I add 2 tomatoes that were the only difference I did. I also watch your Madras Samayal channel and was not aware that this is your channel too. I prefer this channel because the ingredients are explained in English and it makes my life easy. I do speak Tamil but I struggled went it come to the ingredients.
