What a humble, down to earth guy! They discuss cricket, but don’t market their academy as it’s for a noble cause (free cricket for youngsters).. no pictures of cricket, as he want to spend quality time with family and guests, & not boast of his success! Really, what a guy in this age!

I always admired him as a steady strong batsman but never knew he is most disciplined, very low profile, highly respectful, so down to earth, bestman (yes, best man) in the current generation of cricketers. Awesome man, I was flattened with his idea behind no naming of Sports academy. Such a gentleman & the real man behind his success, his father. પ્રણામ.

Top lad, what a batsman, took all the Aussies threw at him. Playing for his country, unbelievable stuff. Without him at one end the youngsters may not have played their strokes. Senior Pujara knows his cricket pretty well.

He is the sankatmochan and mr dependable, but still Kohli is the better batter. Quite similar to the fact that Dravid was our mr dependable but sachin was the better batter.

it's very easy to criticize their game by sitting in the comforts of ur drawing room.....but after seeing their struggles....u realize how much dedication they have for their game.....amazing pujara....u have earned my respect not only because of ur game....but the way u still remember ur mother and still follow ur father's advice and love ur family. Awesome personality, such a humble and honest person. Whoever loves cricket truly knows test cricket is the ultimate form to test a player and this brilliant player had performed so amazingly at the highest level, specially against Australia in Australia. Nothing tops winning a test series abroad against a quality opposition. After sometime people forget about performances in odis and t20s but performances in test match cricket will be remembered for a lifetime. Hats off to this ultimate warrior of test match cricket who has brought great laurels for the country. All the best, Cheteshwar.

Pujara is my favorite cricketer & I really love this episode of spicy pitch starring Cheteshwar Pujara.... In this T20 era we really forgot our players who only plays the purest format or the longer format of the cricket... i;e Test cricket. His dedication & temperament is enormous & he plays very vital role in Test matches for India... Through this episode people would get to know more about him... And I really feel happy for him as he will become one of the greatest Test Batsman

To all those who say Pujara is a selfish player and plays for his runs & personal records, just look at the last bit where he says that his achievements don't really matter that much to him and that's why he doesn't have any of his trophies or awards displayed at his home. He is Indias best test bet at No. 3 How I wish to see him and Vihari play IPL. Pujara could have played more IPL seasons but his extreme patience and over defensive approach has cost him.
